Amendment of articles of incorporation An association may amend its articles of incorporation from time to time, in accordance with the procedure prescribed in this article; but the articles of incorporation, as amended, shall conform to all legal requirements which pertain to original articles adopted at the time of such amendment. Any number of amendments may be submitted to the members, and voted upon by them, at one meeting.
