6-446. Other investments and powers A. An association may invest funds as follows: 1. In an account of any state or federal association, the accounts of which are insured by an insurance corporation. 2. In obligations of or fully guaranteed by the United States, in stock or obligations of federal home loan banks or in stocks or obligations of the federal national mortgage association or other agencies of the United States approved by rule of the deputy director. 3. In any of the following where the aggregate amount invested in all such investments does not exceed twenty percent of the association's total assets:
