6-1213. License maintenance A. If a licensee does not continue to meet the qualifications or satisfy the requirements that apply to an applicant for a new money transmission license pursuant to this article, the director may suspend or revoke the licensee's license. B. An applicant for a money transmission license must demonstrate that the applicant meets or will meet the requirements prescribed in sections 6-1227, 6-1228 and 6-1229.
