5-803. Board of directors A. The authority is governed by a board of directors consisting of the following members who must reside in the county in which the authority is established: 1. Five members appointed by the governor pursuant to section 38-211. No more than three of these members may be from the same political party. Of these members, the governor shall appoint:

(a)One member from the tourism industry in the authority.
