View on source5-557. Monthly reports; annual reports A. The director shall make a monthly report to the commission, the governor, the speaker of the house of representatives and the president of the senate. The monthly report shall include the total lottery revenue, prize disbursements and other expenses for the preceding month. B. The commission shall make an annual report to the governor, the speaker of the house of representatives and the president of the senate. The annual report shall include a full and complete statement of lottery revenues, prize disbursements and other expenses for the preceding years, and recommendations for amendments to this chapter as the commission deems necessary or desirable.
