5-551. Definitions In this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires: 1. "Commission" means the Arizona state lottery commission. 2. "Director" means the executive director of the Arizona state lottery commission. 3. "Lottery" or "state lottery" means the lottery created and operated pursuant to this chapter.
