5-1433. Performance audit A. Beginning not later than 2027, and at least every fifth year thereafter, the auditor general shall conduct a performance audit as defined in section 41-1278 of the authority. B. On or before November 30 of the respective year, the auditor general shall issue a public report of the performance audit, including findings and specific recommendations for statutory and administrative changes to improve the operation of the authority. The auditor general shall submit copies of the report to the governor, the president of the senate, the speaker of the house of representatives and the secretary of state.
