4-114. Interest in business prohibited; forfeiture of office A. Except for a member designated by the governor to be appointed from the industry, no member of the board or the director or any employee of the department shall be financially interested directly or indirectly in any business licensed to deal in spirituous liquors. B. Violation of this section by the director or any member of the board shall be deemed a resignation by such person, and a violation by an employee of the department shall result in his immediate dismissal.
