View on source3-613. Importation of diseased animals A dairy animal infected with tuberculosis, contagious abortion or other contagious or infectious disease shall not be brought into the state. A dairy animal brought into the state shall be accompanied by a certificate issued by a state veterinarian stating that the animal is free from tuberculosis, and negative to the blood test for contagious or infectious disease.
