3-3623. Civil penalties; suspension A. The director may suspend a license, certification or registration without a hearing if the licensee fails within thirty calendar days to pay civil penalties imposed under this chapter or rules adopted pursuant to this chapter. B. A licensee whose license is suspended under subsection A of this section must apply to the director for reinstatement. C. A license, certification or registration suspended under subsection A of this section shall be revoked without a hearing after one year of suspension. Revocations under this subsection are not subject to section 3-3603, subsection A, paragraph 7. D. The division shall not renew a license, certification or registration or broaden a certification until the person suspended under subsection A of this section is reinstated.
