3-2694. Violation; classification A. A person selling or offering for sale fresh meat intended for use as food for animals without complying with the provisions of this article is guilty of a class 2 misdemeanor. B. A person or operator of a slaughterhouse or establishment who violates any provision of this article is guilty of a class 2 misdemeanor.
