3-2692. Decharacterization of fresh meat to be used as animal food Fresh meat intended for use as food for animals and not inspected for human consumption shall be decharacterized by the addition of charcoal at the ratio of one pound of charcoal to each one hundred pounds of fresh meat, the charcoal being uniformly mixed throughout the fresh meat.
