3-2691. Definitions In this article, unless the context otherwise requires: 1. "Fresh meat" means meat of a horse, mule, ass, burro, cow, sheep or goat, and includes any product containing any such meat. 2. "Slaughterhouse" or "establishment" means a house or place in which horses, asses, mules, burros, cows, sheep or goats are slaughtered, packed or processed.
