View on source3-263. Fertilizer labeling regulation; state preemption The provisions of this article and the rules that implement this article are of statewide concern. The labeling of fertilizers and other substances regulated pursuant to this article are not subject to further regulation by a county, city, town or other political subdivision of this state.
