3-2614. Cease and desist orders If the director or an authorized agent has reasonable cause to believe a commercial feed or customer-formula feed is being distributed in violation of any of the provisions of this article or any of the rules adopted under this article, the director may issue and enforce a written or printed cease and desist order warning the distributor not to dispose of the feed in any manner until permission is given by the director or a court of competent jurisdiction. The director shall release the commercial feed or customer-formula feed subject to the order when the provisions and rules have been complied with and all costs and expenses incurred in the order have been paid. If compliance is not obtained within thirty days, the director may begin proceedings for condemnation.
