View on source3-2604. Publications; membership in professional organizations A. The department may publish at such times and in such form as the director deems proper: 1. Information concerning the sale of commercial feeds and customer-formula feeds together with such data on their production and use as he may consider advisable, but the information concerning production and use of commercial feeds and customer-formula feeds shall not disclose the operations of any one person. 2. Reports of chemists' findings based on official samples of each brand of commercial feed and customer-formula feed sampled and analyzed as compared to the guaranteed chemical analysis for each such feed. B. The director may authorize employees of the department to: 1. Join and subscribe to any state, district, regional or national organization or publications relating to sale and distribution of or control of sale and distribution of commercial feeds. 2. Attend state, district, regional and national meetings relating to sale and distribution or control of sale and distribution of commercial feeds. C. Expenses authorized by this section shall be paid from and limited by the commercial feed trust fund.
