3-2404. Purchase and disposition of rodent control supplies A. The department, in cooperation with the United States animal and plant health inspection service, may purchase rodent control supplies, including rodent baits, equipment and materials, for use of cooperating governmental agencies and counties in the control of noxious rodents and related animals and make such supplies, baits, equipment and materials available, at approximate cost, to persons who cooperate in the program. B. Receipts from the sale of such supplies, baits, equipment and materials shall be credited to the general fund of the state.
