3-2042. Inspection stamps and establishment numbers A. The division shall provide meat inspection stamps and assign establishment numbers to all slaughtering establishments which have been approved and granted state meat inspection service by the division, and the stamps shall contain the words "Arizona inspected and passed" or "Arizona inspected and condemned". The division shall also provide meat inspection stamps and assign establishment numbers to all meat processors which have been approved in accordance with the requirements as provided in section 3-2054, and the stamps shall also contain the words "Arizona inspected and passed" or "Arizona inspected and condemned". The inspection stamps shall be designed so as not to be in conflict with the inspection stamps of the United States department of agriculture. B. Approved slaughtering establishments with state meat inspection service and establishment numbers, and meat processors with assigned establishment numbers, shall use the inspection stamps on their processed meats and meat food products offered for sale. C. The meat inspection stamps shall at all times be under the immediate jurisdiction of the meat inspector.
