3-202. Infested or infected plants as public nuisances All plants, soil and other things found infested or infected with a crop pest or disease or which are the host or carrier or means of disseminating or propagating a crop pest or disease is declared a public nuisance, and may be abated, suppressed, controlled or regulated as provided in this article and by the rules and orders of the director.
