3-1297. Concealment of livestock killed or injured by railroad or motor vehicle; classification A person who buries, removes or in any manner conceals livestock killed or injured by locomotives or cars of a railroad company or by a motor vehicle, with intent to conceal the cause of the death or injury, is guilty of a class 3 misdemeanor.
