3-1238. Exemptions The provisions of this article do not apply to: 1. A person whose only share in the proceeds of a sale of cattle or beef is a sales commission, handling fee or other service fee. 2. A person to whom all of the following apply:
(a)The person acquired ownership of cattle to facilitate the transfer of ownership of the cattle from the seller to a third party.
