11-501. Monthly and annual reports to the board; posting A. The county treasurer shall report accounts of collection, custody and disbursement of public revenue to the county board of supervisors on the fifteenth day of each month for the preceding month. For that purpose the treasurer shall prepare a statement, under oath, of the amount of monies or other property received, the sources from which the monies or property derived, the amount of payments or disbursements and to whom, with the amount remaining on hand. B. The treasurer shall deposit all paid warrants issued by the board of supervisors with the clerk of the board. C. The treasurer shall also make a full report to the board annually as of the last business day of June. D. The treasurer shall post all annual and monthly reports on the treasurer's website. The treasurer shall post a report within five days after the treasurer submits the report to the board of supervisors.
