11-464. Master forms A. On presentation, the recorder shall record master forms in the official records, indexing the forms in such manner that they can be easily located. B. A recorded master form, or a numbered portion of a master form, may be incorporated by reference in any subsequent recorded instrument. If the entire form is not applicable, the reference shall state which portion or portions are to be included. C. Any instrument which references a recorded master form shall contain an acknowledgment by the person executing the instrument that he has received a copy of the recorded master form or applicable portion of it as part of the instrument which he is executing. D. This section does not affect contractual relations of parties to any transaction.
