11-303. Disposition of body of deceased indigent A. Upon the death of an indigent, the board shall use reasonable efforts to find a relative or friend of the deceased or an organization of which the deceased was a member in order to deliver the body to such person or organization for burial. B. If no such relative, friend or organization is found by the board, it shall notify the department of health services as required by section 36-804.
