11-296. Record of indigent care A. The contractor, or the person in charge, shall keep an accurate written account of: 1. The names of all persons admitted into the hospital. 2. The date of admission. 3. Their disease or affliction. 4. The number of days they remain. 5. The date of their discharge, or death. B. A verified statement containing the information required by subsection A of this section, shall be filed by the contractor quarterly with the board, and he shall not be paid for any services until he has complied with this section.
