10-703. Court ordered meeting A. The court in the county where a corporation's known place of business is located may summarily order either: 1. An annual meeting to be held on application of any shareholder of the corporation entitled to participate in an annual meeting if an annual meeting was not held within the earlier of three months after the date specified for the annual meeting in the bylaws or fifteen months after its last annual meeting. 2. A special meeting to be held on application of a shareholder who signed a demand for a special meeting valid under section 10-702, if either:
(a)Notice of the special meeting was not given within thirty days after the date the demand was delivered to the corporation's secretary.
