10-2245. Application for authority to transact business The application of a foreign professional corporation for authority to transact business in this state shall contain the information prescribed in section 10-1503 and shall include a statement that at least one-half of its shareholders who are entitled to vote for the election of directors, at least one-half of its directors and its president, if any, are licensed in one or more states to render a professional service described in its articles of incorporation and be accompanied by a statement from the licensing authority indicating that at least one of its shareholders or employees is licensed in this state to render that professional service.
