10-2105. Filing facsimile of society insignia Benevolent, fraternal or secret societies or organizations in this state may file in the office of the secretary of state a facsimile of its insignia, distinctive ribbon, membership rosette or button prescribed and adopted by the society or organization for the use of its members. The secretary of state shall keep the facsimile on file and shall receive for such filing two dollars and fifty cents.
