10-2102. Powers of trustees In pursuance of the rules and regulations of the society, and in conformity with the rules and regulations of the grand lodge, division or society from which they derive their charter, the trustees may manage, purchase, lease, hold, convey, mortgage, execute deeds of trust and improve the property of the society, including burial places owned by the society, and as trustees may sue and be sued in all matters pertaining to such property, and to claims, demands and liabilities thereof.
