View on source10-2101. Requirements for formation A. The members of a grand lodge or division, or of a subordinate lodge or division, acting under the authority of a grand lodge or division of Free Masons, Odd Fellows, Knights of Pythias, Workmen, Elks or of any other society constituted in a manner generally similar thereto, whether or not acting under the jurisdiction of a grand lodge or division, may assemble at their usual place of meeting, and in accordance with the rules of their society, elect not less than three nor more than nine of their number trustees for the purpose of preserving the property belonging to the society and transacting all business relating to the investment and disposal thereof. B. The trustees may have a common seal and alter it at pleasure, and for all purposes for which they are authorized to act shall be deemed a corporation.
