10-11505. Effect of grant of authority A. A grant of authority to conduct affairs authorizes the foreign corporation to conduct affairs in this state subject to the right of the state to revoke the grant of authority as provided in chapters 24 through 40 of this title. B. A foreign corporation with a valid grant of authority has the same but no greater rights and enjoys the same but no greater privileges as and except as otherwise provided by chapters 24 through 40 of this title and is subject to the same duties, restrictions, penalties and liabilities now or later imposed on a domestic corporation of like character. C. Chapters 24 through 40 of this title do not authorize this state to regulate the organization or internal affairs of a foreign corporation authorized to conduct affairs in this state.
