10-11030. Approval by third persons The articles of incorporation may require a specified person or persons other than the board of directors to approve in writing any amendment to the articles of incorporation or bylaws and, unless the articles of incorporation or bylaws otherwise provide, that article provision may only be amended with the approval in writing of the specified person or persons.
