§ 5977.2

Statute text

(a)(1) At intervals set by the court and not less frequently than every 60 days after the court orders the CARE plan, the court shall hold a status review hearing. The county behavioral health agency shall file with the court and serve on the respondent, and the respondent’s counsel and supporter, a report no fewer than five court days prior to the review hearing with the following information:

(A)The progress that the respondent has made on the CARE plan.

(B)What services and supports in the CARE plan were provided, and what services and supports were not provided.
