View on leginfo.ca.govThe Director of State Hospitals shall adopt regulations to carry out the provisions of this chapter, including standards defining excessive use of convulsive treatment, which shall be developed in consultation with the State Department of Health Care Services and the County Behavioral Health Directors Association of California.
