View on leginfo.ca.gov(a)The State Department of Social Services, in administering the licensing program, shall not have any responsibility for evaluating consumers’ level of care or health care provided by an ARFPSHN or a GHCSHN. Any suspected deficiencies in a consumer’s level of care or health care identified by the State Department of Social Services’ personnel shall be reported immediately to the appropriate regional center and the State Department of Developmental Services for investigation.
(b)The regional center shall have responsibility for monitoring and evaluating the implementation of the consumer’s individual plan objectives, including, but not limited to, the health care and intensive support service needs identified in the consumer’s individual health care plan and the consumer’s integration and participation in community life.
(c)For each consumer placed in an ARFPSHN or a GHCSHN, the regional center shall assign a service coordinator pursuant to subdivision (b) of Section 4647.
