§ 4124

Statute text

The State Department of State Hospitals shall send to the Department of Veterans Affairs whenever requested a list of all persons who have been patients for six months or more in each state institution within the jurisdiction of the State Department of State Hospitals and who are known to have served in the Armed Forces of the United States.
