View on leginfo.ca.govNothing in Section 4090 limits the authority of the State Department of Health Care Services to delegate the evaluation and enforcement of the program standards to a county mental health program when a licensed social rehabilitation facility has a contractual relationship with a county mental health program and the county has requested the delegation.
