View on leginfo.ca.govBenefits provided under this chapter shall be equivalent to the benefits provided under the SSI/SSP program, Chapter 3 (commencing with Section 12000) of Part 3. The benefit amount implemented by the act that added this section shall be retroactive to June 1, 2019.
