View on leginfo.ca.govCommencing in 1991, a progress report on the program provided for in this chapter shall be included in the child welfare services report to the Legislature required by Section 16512. The department shall not evaluate or have any responsibility for the evaluation of the in-home health care provided in specialized foster care homes.
