§ 1703

WIC § 1703 Effective Sep 30, 2020Div. 2.5 · Ch. 1 · Art. 1

As used in this chapter the following terms have the following meanings:

(a)“Public offenses” means public offenses as that term is defined in the Penal Code.

(b)“Court” includes any official authorized to impose sentence for a public offense.
