§ 16809.4

Statute text

(a)Counties voluntarily participating in the County Medical Services Program pursuant to Section 16809 may establish the County Medical Services Program Governing Board pursuant to procedures contained in this section. The governing board shall govern the County Medical Services Program.

(b)The membership of the governing board shall be comprised of all of the following:

(1)Three members who shall each be a member of a county board of supervisors.
