View on leginfo.ca.gov“Eligible child” means any child who meets the requirements of subdivision (a) or (b), and subdivision (c).
(a)Any child who has a medically diagnosed condition or symptoms resulting from, or suspected as resulting from, substance abuse by the mother.
(b)Any child who is HIV positive.
