§ 16120

Statute text

A child is eligible for Adoption Assistance Program benefits if all of the conditions specified in subdivisions (a) to (l), inclusive, are met or if the conditions specified in subdivision (m) are met.

(a)(1) It has been determined that the child cannot or should not be returned to the home of the child’s parents as evidenced by any of the following:

(A)A petition for termination of parental rights.
