View on leginfo.ca.govThe provisions of subdivision (a) of Section 14000 shall not be construed to prevent providers of specialty mental health services pursuant to this chapter from also being providers of medical assistance mental health services for the purposes of Chapter 7 (commencing with Section 14000). Clinics providing Medi-Cal specialty mental health services pursuant to this chapter shall be required to be certified as a condition to reimbursement for providing those medical assistance mental health services.
