View on leginfo.ca.govWhen it has been determined that a prepaid health plan has received an overpayment which is due and payable, the director may recover such overpayment by offset against any amount currently due to the prepaid health plan under the provisions of this chapter or Chapter 7 (commencing with Section 14000) of this part.
