View on leginfo.ca.govThe department shall provide the fiscal and appropriate policy committees of the Legislature with a copy of their submittal to the federal Health Care Financing Administration pertaining to any evaluation completed regarding the Family PACT federal waiver required by subdivision (aa) of Section 14132.
