View on leginfo.ca.govThe court or agency shall, upon further application at any time before the judgment or award is satisfied, allow as a further lien the reasonable value of additional benefits provided arising out of the same cause of action or claim provided on behalf of the beneficiary under the Medi-Cal Program, where such benefits were provided or became payable subsequent to the original order.
