View on leginfo.ca.govThe department may seek any federal waivers or state plan amendments necessary to use the eligibility information of individuals determined eligible for other state-only funded health care programs and county general assistance programs to determine an applicant’s Medi-Cal eligibility to the extent that there is no General Fund impact.
