§ 12552

WIC § 12552 Effective Oct 3, 1997Div. 9 · Part 3 · Ch. 4 · Art. 3

Statute text

The county shall verify that a special circumstance does exist and shall issue a warrant for payment within the guidelines provided by the department. The county shall then send a claim to the state for payment. This section shall become operative on July 1, 1998.
