§ 11274

WIC § 11274 Effective Jan 1, 1996Div. 9 · Part 3 · Ch. 2 · Art. 2.2

(a)Notwithstanding Section 11271, for purposes of this section, the following definitions shall apply:

(1)“AFDC” benefits means benefits paid pursuant to subdivision (a) of Section 11450.

(2)“Recipient” means a recipient of aid pursuant to subdivision (a) of Section 11450.
